Common Questions

How do you set up at my home?

We bring our state of the art instruments in portable equipment so that we can set up wherever you are!

We typically drive our outfitted dental van to you and can see you inside of the vehicle. We can also bring the equipment into your home when requested, and customize the set up to your comfort: if you'd like to lay on your couch during your treatment, we absolutely can! If you'd prefer us to bring a dental chair, we will just require a space for it to be in. Everything is clean and sterilized prior to travelling to your location and we do sanitize the areas we work in before and after treatments with our own disinfectants.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Any short cancellations or no shows may be subject to a $100 fee.

Do you take insurance coverage?

Absolutely! We directly bill to all insurances, including the Canada Dental Care Plan. Please let us know your insurance information and we can help check your coverage.

What is your new patient procedure?

After booking your appointment, we will reach out to you about a variety of intake forms to determine your medical and dental history. Typically, a new patient procedure will take 1.5 hours, but may take longer for more severe oral health statuses. We proceed with a comprehensive examination, x-rays (if not transferred and updated from within the last year), scaling, polish, and fluoride application. If any other treatment is recommended, another appointment will need to be made.

I just want whitening trays or a mouth guard! Can you still help me?

Absolutely! However, an examination or consultation may be required prior to these treatments to ensure you are eligible for the procedures. If you have a group looking to get whitening or mouth guards together, please contact us for information on our seasonal group specials.
